1. What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc.) and Paypal.

2. How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card providers network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card is not stored on our servers.

3. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

4.  Why are there 2 options for shipping?

We have different warehouses that help us Import our products to you the fastest way possible. Depending on where you live choose the destination closest to you. Most of our products are located in one warehouse, however some are in another.

5. What If there is a problem with my order? 

If you have any problems whatsoever please contact us at support@petcadia.com we will gladly help.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, we must hear from you at the latest by 11:59 PM EST on the day of ordering. It's worth noting that we are really quick at packing and processing your order. That's something we're really proud of, but it means we are not able to make any amendments to your order after the day of ordering. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. When will my order arrive?

Due to it being the busiest time of the year, please expect your order to arrive between 1-3 weeks of your initial order date. Shipping times will vary depending on the time of the year.
